Hi,

I am having problems connecting to my FTP server running on a QNAP NAS. The server is configured to accept FTP with SSL/TLS (Explicit) only and listens on port 21.

FTP Express seems to be unable to establish a secure connection to the server. The log says:

Connecting to FTPSE server 192.168.178.20 on port 21
220 NASFTPD Turbo station 2.x 1.3.1rc2 Server (ProFTPD) [192.168.178.20]
FEAT
550 SSL/TLS required on the control channel
Failed to set up a secure connection

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Christian

Correction: We need to not treat the FEAT error output as fatal.. This was handled correctly in 2.1 so it's a bug in the current version... Will be fixed in the upcoming release.

Thanks for the quick reply, Stefan! Knowing that this bug will be fixed in the upcoming release, I just bought the Pro version and the SMB/CIFS support works like a charm.
