2.2 beta 1 has been released for testing. Please report any issues.

Changes from 2.1:

Added site option for preserving file modification time of downloaded and uploaded files and folders. Note that setting modification time on local files may not be possible in Android 4.4 and 5.0 due to an Android limitation.
Enable remote file copying at FTP sites that implement SITE COPY.
Use heads-up notifications on Android 5.0.
Hide notification when launching file viewer or editor.
Only play notification ringtone when screen is off.
Made transfer queue persistent.
Auto-accept valid and trusted FTP server certificates. Can be disabled with the new FTP setting "Accept valid and trusted certificates".
URLs with IPv6 addresses now handled correctly.
When "Replace if older" is selected, don't replace files with identical modification time.
Revert change to do FEAT after login. Also send HOST if server indicates it supports it. ("Enable support for virtual hosts" option removed.)
Folders were in some cases not sorted by name when sorting files by size.
Don't recurse into folder when deleting folder links.
Don't show "App is busy" if app is reopened from the launcher.
Improved SFTP link handling (Pro).
Launching a site shortcut with a PIN being set works again (broken in 2.1.0) (Pro).
