Hey Farmer Friends,

I hope everyone is enjoying their fall! 

Do any of you have experience selling cardoons? We grew some experimentally this season and we have a chef who is interested, but no idea what to charge. I'm going to e-mail Mara and Spencer also, but the more info, the better. So, if anybody knows the going rate for cardoons...

Similarly, I'm curious about retail and wholesale pricing for organic fresh turmeric. I think I saw it at City Market a couple of years ago, but I can't remember the price. I'd be interested to know if any of you have seen it for sale anywhere and what it cost.

Any help on either of these products would be much appreciated!
