Please provide comments on policies received in FTI's All India Policy Competition

Dear Competitors

On 28 February 2013, FTI’s policy competition came to an end.

A total of 20 entries were received. Of these 19 are eligible for the competition, one being from an FTI member.

All entries (including the one from an FTI member) have been de-identified and allocated a number. These entries have been published by FTI today, here:

These are also attached (a 2MB file).

While assessment (scoring) of these policies is now underway, FTI welcomes public comment on these competition entries. Although these comments are unlikely to affect scores, it would be useful to hear different perspectives on proposed policies.

A competitor has pointed out:

"The document by the name C19, once opened, has been found to have C17 as the number allocated by you. However, the document by the name C17 also has C17 as the number allocated by you."
