Hi Friends!
Just an update to the entire group, we are now a registered organization
under the captioned program. We will load our trips into this government
system and utilize the services they have available to us. Go to:
https://travelregistration.state.gov/ibrs/ui/index.aspx if you want to read
more about the program. The FTG Travel Board will be provided with the
username and password for access.
*Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP)*
The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) is a free service provided by
the U.S. Government to U.S. citizens who are traveling to, or living in, a
foreign country.
STEP allows you to enter information about your upcoming trip abroad so that
the Department of State can better assist you in an emergency.
STEP also allows Americans residing abroad to get routine information from
the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate.
