Deadline is tonight for Promote/Compass submissions

This was sent out directly to all coaches and on FB:

As of noon today (Wednesday), Scott Brees has processed and responded to all video submissions for Promote and Compass. If you do not have a message from him, he didn't receive it.

Some of you received "please re-submit" messages because you did not submit in an approved format. There's still time...just re-submit.

Scott will be traveling tonight and will be processing the next batch after the extended submission deadline of 11:59 PM tonight (Wednesday).

As noted in the documents, you can call Scott if you need assistance or have questions.

CLARIFYING INFORMATION on submitting Compass and Promote Award Videos:

1) DEADLINE is TODAY, March 16th at 11:59 PM
2) Your video must follow the guidelines in Game Manual 1 - Page 41 and 42 AND follow the submission method published by FTC West. - see comments for link
3) Those guidelines state the video MUST be submitted in AVI, WMV or MOV format. YOUTUBE video links ARE NOT in AVI, WMV or MOV formats and therefore cannot be accepted.
4) What you should do. Upload your video in AVI, WMV or MOV format to the file sharing resource of your choice; dropbox, google drive, etc.
5) Then follow the instructions to share the location of your video with the FTC West volunteer overseeing this, Scott Brees.
