Travel plans to San Antonio

All,

I am using this alias to avoid distracting the team.

After talking to the team yesterday, I felt that most of our team members might not have transportation to go to San Antonio and also to take the robot. 

I would like us to come up with the travel plans to San Antonio for the team.

Coach Huilin is in China

Coach Linda will be in California

Coach Hem will be jetlagged and not safe for him to drive

I cannot make it on Friday and am planning to be there saturday morning

Coach Doug's car will be full and can take Kira

Avni was mentioning that her dad can take her along with a few of his team members

On the way back, I can bring back 4 team members as well as the robot.

Let us please come up with options to take the team to San Antonio this friday morning.
