Congratulations on qualifying for Alamo Regionals.

Here are the details for the trip and most importantly how to pay.

When: Friday Feb. 24 to Saturday Feb. 25th

Students will travel in private cars Friday morning, so students will miss a day of school.  Team managers will arrange for car pooling.

We do not have any hotel rooms for parents.  Please if parents want a room, you need to make your own reservation.  Be sure to make it clear to the hotel that you are separate from the robotics team. We do not want you to confuse the hotel and have parents accidentaly take rooms we need for students.

Trip costs are $115, which include the Friday night stay in the hotel, breakfast Saturday and lunch on Friday and Saturday.  Students will have to bring their own money for dinner Friday and Saturday nights.

Step 3: Login (you need to login to the same account that you used to enroll in FTC)

Step 4: Click enrollment tab near the top and click on FTC Alamo enrollment

Step 5: Follow steps to checkout.

Step 6: For those with travel credit, enter the coupon code  I emailed you.

Payment is due Feb. 22nd.

Thursday Feb. 23rd (Westlake is not going to the pre-inspections)

5:00 - 8:30 pm Pre-inspection encouraged for local teams and teams arriving Thursday afternoon. If you plan on doing pre-inspection, please send me an email.

7:30 am Volunteer Check-in

8:00 am Team Check-in & Load-in begins

8:40 am Judging & Robot Inspection begins

11:15 am Inspections end

12:00 pm Judging ends

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Lunch break

1:00 pm Opening Ceremonies & Match Play begins

5:30 pm Match Play ends
