Below is more information about the Wild Card Qualifier.  Students will be travelling in private cars.  Team managers will be arranging the car pooling.

Here is additional information about the Wild Card Qualifier on Saturday, Feb. 18th:

Schedule

8:00 am Team Check-in, Pits Open, Robot Inspections Begin

8:15 am Judging Begins

10:30 am Qualifying Matches

5:00 pm Awards Ceremony

5:30 pm Team Pits Close

Judging schedule coming soon. 

*Inspections will end 20 minutes before judging ends - we will be on a tight schedule, so robots must be presented to Inspection in a form that can pass inspection! See below for a reminder about inspection paperwork to complete ahead of time.

If your team decides NOT to attend this event, let me know no later than 6 pm today, Friday Feb. 10th, so that we can extend an invitation to the next team on the list. 

Food

Concessions will be available for purchase, including a Chick-fil-a sandwich lunch package for $6 (includes sandwich, chips, and drink) and breakfast tacos in the morning. 

Parking

Parking is open to all; drop off is allowed in the roundabout at the front of the school. 

PAPERWORK REMINDER

Please bring the following completed documents:

1. Team Roster (and/or Consent & Release Forms for members not listed on the roster)

2. Robot Hardware Inspection form (attached) - completed

3. Robot Field Inspection form (attached) - completed
