F#, as written, doesn't seem to account for getting wounded while succeeding. Since this can be so important for stories, I refined the 1/2/3 consequence system a bit and posted it in a new page here:

1) character succeeds unwounded
2) character succeeds with wounds
3) character fails unwounded
4) character fails with wounds
5) character is taken out (captured, trapped, dead, etc)
