F# Pocket Mod

I decided to make a Pocket Mod version of the F# rules, to increase
the portability of the system. (Mind, it's not too hard to just
remember all the rules, but in case you want something tangible which
you can consult when you're GMing or just want a cute book-esque
version of the rules on the cheap.)
