FAKE boot workflow

Hi!

Thanks to Steffen Forkman for accepting my pull request with an experimental addition I call "FAKE boot workflow". It is included in the latest alpha release of FAKE, and in principle should not interfere with your scripts, it only kicks in when you call "fake boot xyz". There is a showcase in my blog post:
