Function to fetch dependencies from packages

IIRC I saw a function in FAKE a couple of months ago that fetched dependencies from packages.config (e.g. used for building a nuspec) similar to https://github.com/mausch/Fuchu/blob/master/build.fsx#L28 , but I can't seem to find it now.

Does anyone know about this?

I’m not completely sure, but I think that’s only in Paket.
