Next Meeting

Hi everyone,

If you haven't replied back to Stephanie's last email regarding the next meeting date, please do so ASAP.

The dates available are:
- Sunday Nov 13th (anytime - we can do 3pm or 5pm if that works better for people, just let me know)
- Monday Nov 14th - around 7pm
- (No longer available - Wednesday Nov 16th - sorry I am personally unavailable that evening)
- Sunday Nov 20th (anytime during the day/evening)

We will be discussing the upcoming holiday party.

Also - if your have an apartment that can accommodate 8-12 people in your living room, please let me know!  We need a larger space for the meeting location :)

Sorry to add more confusion, Stephanie is unavailable on the 20th, so we have to take that date off.

Given many constraints - I can only offer 2 dates now:

- Sunday Nov 13th
- Monday Nov 14th

Can everyone please re-reply back to me their preference:
1. Prefer Sunday or Monday
2. Unavailable either date
3. Don't care either Sunday or Monday.

Instead of meeting at Erin's office, we're going to make the meeting a conference call on Monday, November 14th at 7 PM.  Hopefully this way more people will be able to attend.  However if we need another in person meeting it will most likely be scheduled for the first week of December, after Thanksgiving.
