Fall Fundraiser at Belmont Lounge: Nov. 2nd

Hi all,

We are planning to host the Fall Fundraiser at Belmont Lounge on Wednesday, November 2nd from 6-9pm. This is based on the best availability across the group.

The DJ from last year is probably going to be out of town, so please let us know if you have any friends who DJ and would be interested in doing this event. This would be an unpaid gig but there will be drinks and of course a great time.

Meanwhile, please save the date and stay tuned for a flyer/email that you can send out to invite your friends!

Hi everyone,

Here are the details of the fall fundraiser:

EVENT DATE: Wednesday, November 2, 2011
TIME: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
NUMBER OF GUESTS: 70+
COVER: $10 suggested donation per person

SPECIALS:
One hour open vodka bar from 7:00 – 8:00 pm (Vodka drinks only).
After 8pm: $4 beer and well liquor drinks, $5 wine and champagne by the glass

In addition, we are working on getting raffle prizes to give out.

Erin - can you have your fiance start working on a flyer with the above details?  We'll need a creative headline :)

Everyone else - Let me know if you have any questions/comments.  In addition, I need help 1. finding a DJ who can help us pro-bono, and 2. getting wristbands that we can give out to our guests for the drink specials and open bar.  Can anyone volunteer?  We will also send out more logistics closer to the date, as everyone will have to take shifts greeting people at the door/taking donations etc.

Most importantly - start inviting your friends!!!
