Reminder for our fundraiser on Wednesday

Hi all,

 

This is a reminder about our fundraising event at the Belmont Lounge this Wednesday, November 2nd. Please continue to get the word out there to your friends - flyers are re-attached.

 

Also attached is the updated checklist. We need someone on the door at 6pm/8pm/9pm and working the room at 9pm.

 

Here is what people are signed up for:

- Carolyn: Door 8-10pm

- Erika: bring card/pens for the raffle

- Fiona: supervising 6-10pm, announcements/raffle at 8pm - bring Jr. Board intro materials & sign-up sheet, cash log

- Jenny: bring baked goods, Door 7-8pm, Room 8-9pm

- Kaitlin: bring plastic pumpkin for raffle entries, Room 7-8pm

- Megan: Door 6-7pm

- Nicole: Room 6-7pm - please confirm if/how many admission/skate rental tickets to Rockefeller Center for raffle

- Severina: bring 2 tickets to hoe-down party, Room 7-9pm

- Stephanie: Door 6-7pm (Fiona, let me know if Stephanie's not on this list)

 

We are still looking for DJ to contribute their services to the party. If you have any leads, please let us know.

I've put Meg T. down for the room at 8pm.

We don't need any other coverage at 7pm or 8pm - just someone else on the door at 9pm.

I believe Jenny and Nicole are both bringing baked goods - the more, the merrier!
