Updated Checklist for Belmont Lounge event

Hi,

It was great to meet everybody who came to the FSH Jr. Board meeting last night!

Fiona is following up with a contact list so that we can use the google group just for postings/announcements. Also she'll send the flyers for our kickoff party on Nov. 2nd.

With the flyers, we should all be getting the word out there to our friends/family about the event!

Attached is an updated checklist with what we discussed - thanks to Erica & Caitlin for arranging some of the supplies. There are still open slots for covering the front door & room: see the top of page 2 and please let us know if you can cover any.

Other items we could use help with:
- We are looking for DJ who'll donate his/her services for the evening. DJ would get in & drink for free.
- Raffle items can be added at any time - the more the better.
- We plan on selling cupcakes/treats (think Fall-themed) for $1 or $2 each. If you bring some, proceeds would go towards your Give & Get goal.
