Belmont Lounge Event Flyer

Hello Jr. Board,

It was great seeing everyone at the meeting yesterday!  Thank you to those who made it.  For those of you who couldn't attend - please read Katherine's recap and attached documents thoroughly.  We really need all of your help to make this event successful!

A few things to do:

1. Please RSVP to me (fiona...@gmail.com) regarding whether you can come to the Belmont fundraiser on Wednesday, Nov 2nd.  Remember - as a FSH Board member, you MUST attend a minimum of 3 events a season.

2. If you are attending the event - please sign up for *2* slots for working the door and/or room.  See Katherine's email for the sign up sheet.

3. Attached please find 2 versions of the Belmont event flyer, one with our names and one without.  Please forward widely to friends, post on facebook etc.

4. I will be creating a facebook event shortly - please accept the event and invite your friends!

5. Please let me know if you have contacts for a DJ, prizes to donate to our raffle and/or want to bake goods to sell at the event (which will go towards your annual give and get)
