Quick pointers on gaining massive speed boosts!

- Inline everything! (less function calls)
- Use pointers for EVERYTHING array-related
- Try to make your physics as lightweight as possible when it comes to
if statement and array access.

So far, these have worked for:

- Burning Sand
- Burning Sand 2
- infernoSand (wtf! +120k frames per second!)
