How to try Sample App

Hi,

I just downloaded your demo Samples folder from foxite. 

when i tried to run the gmap4any1.app it is loaded and the page is not working. 

Please refer the screen shot and advise how i should try out this. 

I want to integrate this to one of my app and see how this could be customized further 

Also if you have any documentation on this "How to" please share
