StackExchange, the team which is behind this site seek new subjects
which can attract world. And a member of OSGeo, Georges Silva,
proposed  SIG little time ago. If you are interested, it is  time to
support the proposal. The objective, in the short run,  is to pass the
first stage of validation (sufficient followers, and subjects).
