As most of the Fructmal are also Lactose or Milk Protein Intol I
thought these websites might be interesting.

I stumbled across them trying to find lactose free menus at
restaurants in Adelaide (a starting point for eating out - then have
to ask them to remove the fructose from the meal).

Interesting!
Always great to find new idea. The paoeofood one does use a lot of
fruit and honey instead ... but there are some in there that are
definitely useable.
