recent spam on the frozen perl 2009 list

Sorry everybody for the recent spam that occurred on this list.

I have changed the posting options so that only managers can post to
this list.

I apologize for the spam that made it past google's filters.

The planning for Frozen Perl 2010 has begun. The main Frozen Perl 2010
workshop will be on February 6th, with classes likely on Feb 5th, and a
hackathon on February 7th.

We will let you know when there is more information available.
