How should we develop FrostOS?

FrostOS from now on HAS to be developed using one standard. So we
need to decide on which one. We can either make our own, use POISX,
or use microsoft's. I'm going with POISX just because I'm used to
unix linux, and mac os x all of which use POISX. Also POISX has alot
more documentation in terms of how to implement it and most libraries,
libgcc, libsupc++, and newlib use POISX.
