New mailing list for commits.

I've created a new mailing list for svn commits, to make life easier
on everyone:

http://groups.google.com/group/frontpython-commits

For some reason, it doubles the emails messages on the website, but
from what I can tell, we'll only receive one message. Weird.. I see
other projects taht are like that too.
