You pretty much have to have a running copy of Frontier to get at the data. It uses an internal verb, "pack" to generate the data you're looking at. It isn't documented as far as I know. You could go look at the Frontier source, and maybe figure it out that way. There is a frontier-user group on Google Groups, it's pretty inactive, but there are still subscribers. Someone may be able to help there.
