Problem with OPML Server and rsscloud.scripting.com

I'm running Radio2.  Everytime I link an article to my linkblog the following error appears in the OPML Server: "The server rsscloud.scripting.com returned error code 4: Can't open named stream because TCP/IP error code 11004 - Valid name, no data record of requested type (DNS error)."

Has anyone run into this issue before?
