Frontier Academy follows Weld County School District 6 regarding weather related school closures & delayed starts. IF District 6 calls a closure then Frontier Academy will be closed. If District 6 calls a delayed start these are the times for Frontier's delayed starts: the secondary school would start at 9:30 am and the elementary school would start at 10:00 am (staff reports 1/2 hour before that). The Frontier Academy/Dayspring TRACK MEET that is scheduled at Liberty on Tuesday, April 9th is canceled due to expected weather. The athletic department is currently looking for another date to hold this meet.
The next elementary O.P.T. meeting is scheduled for tomorrow night...Tuesday, April 9th at 6:30 PM in the elementary library. Come out and see a demonstration of the 5th grade's newest interactive white boards-and hear about upcoming technological needs & improvements. Special guest will be IT Specialist Jeff Lemons.
The elementary book fair begins next Monday, April 15th and WE NEED HELPERS!!! We need people to help set up & tear down AND volunteers to help after school during the book fair.
