Come join Maseru's new local tourism event!
When: Tuesday, 11.March, 9am to 5pm
Where: Ha Ramorakane (30min south of Maseru)
What: An event focused on spending time with children and being young again yourself. It is open to everybody.
The idea behind it is to get people from town to leave their day-to-day activities and meet with people in the rural parts of Maseru district to celebrate Moshoeshoe's day together. We will play traditional and international games, talk, share different types of food and different cultures.
Activities: Soccer, Badminton, Frisbee, Cricket, Hiking, Traditional Games, and many more.
Advantages:
- International barriers get broken
- People from town get to experience the rural life
- Children are occupied for a day
- Employment in the rural areas is created
- Adults who join get fun and exercise at the same time
- Through joint games, villagers learn basic english and new sports, while non-native children learn basic Sesotho and local sports.
- It is a new adventure to look forward to.
Damage: 200Rand for children and 250Rand for adults, including Transport and Lunch. Payments can be made at "Miles Clothing Store" in the Fruits and Veg Complex next to the parcel counter Monday to Friday from 1pm to 5pm.
