Hi Molly,

I hope you're doing well.

I wanted to see if you could share the invitation below to the Frontera listserv.

Thank you!
Aimée

Good afternoon,

I am writing to cordially invite you to join HOPE and author Sarah Towle, author of Crossing the Line: Finding America in the Borderlands, for two events as she re-tells the story of how El Paso fought back against family separation and a critical discussion on immigration and the future of our borderland community.

Ms. Towle will be joining us for two events:

The first one will be on Tuesday, October 15 at 6 pm at Brave Books, 1307 Arizona Ave, where we will have an intimate re-telling of how El Paso fought back against family separation.

The second event will be on October 16 at 5 pm at the El Paso Community Foundation, 333 N Oregon Street, where we will also have an exclusive preview of "Running to Stand Still," which documents El Paso's compassionate response to the arrival of migrants, detailing the work of Dr. Brian Elmore, through Clínica HOPE. The event will also feature Annunciation House's Ruben Garcia, Bishop Mark Seitz, HOPE's Executive Director Dylan Corbett, and others. Bob Moore, founder and CEO of El Paso Matters, will be moderating this powerful event.

We hope you can join us!

Best regards,

Aimée Santillán (she/her/ella)
