I can't get any of the soundpools to play unless I insert the dvd, and when I did that I imported, and saved all the pools to my hard drive, and in the program settings I have the path set exactly to where i saved them to. The way I work around this, cause I have limited time, and don't feel like wasting time trying to figure this out, cause it gets too frustrating, instead of clicking on the sound pool tab, I click on the file browser tab, and the sound pools play when I do this, and I even can add them into the tracks. But any time I click on the uploaded sound pools from the dvd that came with the package, it tells me to " To use the whatever kit C.wav insert the medium 'spDVDcol19' and repeat the process" Very frustrating after I imported and saved, restarted program, restarted computer, and still same results. I have't tried to re-install the program yet, and I might if I get around to it, but I found the way around, and I just clickl on the file browser tab, and they all load when I do that, so it works for me. I also have Logic Pro 8, 9, and X, I also have Native instruments Komplete 5, 7,8, and ultimate 9, I have Maschine, I have Pro Tools 1, 10, and 11, I have Garage Band, and touch, I have Full Maxed out version of FL Studio, I have propellerhead Recycle 2.2, Roland R-Mix, Sugarbytes Effectrix, BigFish power producers bundle, Sonivox Playa producer pack, JJ Puig analog legends bundle, Pro sessions Hella Bumps 1&2, Korg MicroSampler, Akai MPK 49, AKai LPD 8, AKai MPK mini, MBox, Roland MV 8800, ROland SP 404sx, ROland Xp-80 keyBoard, ROland 890 multitrack workstation, Akai XR-20 drum machine, Boss Dr-5 drum machine, Boss Sp 202, M-audio BX8a monitors that suck, Mackie 1202-VLZ pro mixer, electric Bass Guitar, Clarinet, Wooden Flutes, brass flute, 2 acoustic guitars, three Mapex snare drums, Stanton T62 direct drive Turntable with a shure M44-7 needle installed, Apple I-mac, Apple Macbook pro 1tb, HP beats Audio 1 TB laptop, HP beats audio Desktop 1tb, 3 guitar amplifiers, Bose speakers, Thump -15A speakers, 2 huge DJ speakers, a zillion vinyl records, zillion tape cassettes, 8tracks, tons of cds, tons of movies. Taking on a Full Sail university degree, and the last thing I need is to be farting around with soundpools not loading into the program they're made for, when all I bought the program, and soundpools for are for the sounds. I basically bought Magic Music maker as a sound library, cause I like some of the drums on it, and I like to use one of the plug ins, but what really pisses me off, is how you buy the Music Maker,/ Music Studio package, and you think you getting everything you see on the box, and when you install it, you find out that you have to upgrade to get the Samplitude version with Beatbox 2, and the loop designer, and the essential FX, to be able to use them in your songs. I have too much stuff/overkill in my studio to be farting around with this glitch in the magic system. I hope they come up with a patch/fix/update for it soon! It's now 2014, and onto music Maker 2014, and this problem is still here lol I'm not knocking this program either, for the price, and for beginners, you can't beat this to begin with. Out of all the stuff I have I like FL Studio the most though, then Logic X, and Pro Tools 10. P.e.a.c.e
1. Select a folder and then click "Install".
2. Select a language.
3. Read and confirm the license agreement.
4. Enter the serial number for the Vasco da Gama add-on into the corresponding window. You will find this number either on the insert card (box version), in the email you received following purchase (download version/offers), or directly within Movie Edit Pro/Video Pro X/Photostory Deluxe under "Effects" > "Extra effects" >, click on the tile of the add-on program (only for coupon codes). This unpacks and installs all content.
5. You will be forwarded to a browser page. Register your product on this page.
6. Done! The installation and activation of your Vasco da Gama version is now complete. The add-on program is a standalone version, which is used via its own interface independently of your version of Movie Edit Pro/Video Pro X/Photostory Deluxe. Travel route videos created using Vasco da Gama can be imported into Movie Edit Pro and edited there if you want.
