Hi, I might got a real trojan.gen.2 - SEP (11.0.7101.1056) warns winmgr.exe is infected. - Located in programdata / windows manager - related to a registry entry hkey_users\s-1-5-21-1538607324-......-352724 - this registry entry can not be changed - there's a startup entry called microsoft.com referring to the same registry name, and can not be disabled (re-enables itself) Sounds paranoic, doesn't. SEP is centrally managed and refreshed.
Thank you for your answer I appreciate your input and advice. I honestly don't know if I can uninstall Intego X9, not that I don't know how to do it but I have had attempts at or attacks upon this computer. I used to use Little Snitch3x, it used to report background stuff happening, which is why I installed Intego's X9 Barrier software and removed Little Snitch as I wanted solid and secure protection. This computer has been attacked at times, my person PC's Alienware MXR 18 has been infected by malware and trojans as well. The weird part is I do not do or look at **** or gossip websites, closest to gossip websites I get is Google searches. How ever I have had some malicious code end up on my Alienware PC Win 7 Pro fully patched and registered blah, blah, computer. Once from what I thought was the, or was misdirected to which was the WinZip download web site. I also own the full version of WinZip. (I'm old now and when I bought these products they were new and I was middle aged).
