Job Description:

• Minimum 8-10 years of Payroll and/or T&A project testing experience
• Testing experience in one or more of the following is required:  SAP payroll, SAP time, ADP payroll, Kronos, and/or eTIME
• Experience managing payroll testing projects as part of a global program including multiple regions
• Available to work during applicable time zone for the region or based out of the region: ASPAC, EMEA, LATAM and/or NA
• Experience with Testing Tools (e.g., JIRA/Xray)
• Experience with Automation or ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx, DataStage, etc.) is a plus
• Experience in test preparation, designing test plans, defect management, project tracking, status reporting, and test closure documentation

 

Responsibilities:

• Regional Test Lead who will drive and manage Payroll and/or T&A testing projects within a region
• Works with Global Test Lead (GTL), other Regional Test Leads, and/or Country Test Leads to ensure successful testing within his/her region or help other region(s), as necessary
• Assists with SIT, UAT/E2E testing, Parallel testing, and/or SRT, as necessary
• Owns the testing planning and execution for a given region or sets of projects
• Ensures the testing strategy and governance is leveraged to improve testing outcome
• Drives the execution of test process within a region, considering integrated or parallel timelines, and lead the efforts with local teams, including Implementation Partner (IP)
• Consolidates regional test execution KPIs and trends, summarize, and present them to regional PMs and GTL
• Coordinates with Vendor(s), local business team, and IP to align on testing approach and timelines
• Coordinates and ensures the Country Level test plans are completed by the IP or by the Regional Test Lead (RTL)
• Conducts status meetings with core team members – regular and ad hoc
• Participates in or manages defect triage meeting
• Coordinates with IT ( Vendors) and Country Test Lead (IP) on code/configuration migration schedule to test environments
• Works with CTLs, IT, and vendors to coordinate integration/interface testing
