Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Dallas, Texas

Duration: Long Term

Interview Mode: (1st will be Teams interview and 2nd will be F2F)

 

Job Description:

·         Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) Or Master’s in Data Management, Information Science, or Business Analytics

·         Data Analyst with strong understanding of Data models, writing complex queries in PostgreSQL & Snowflake.

·         Data Analyst / Data Engineer role is to support leasing space data superiority initiatives within the CRE domain. 

·         Strong experience in understanding data models and relationships, writing complex queries in Postgres and Snowflake, analyzing data, and leveraging AI tools for insights. 

·         SQL knowledge which includes having very good knowledge of Data reconciliation, proficiency in SQL queries - writing complex queries in Postgres and Snowflake.
