Job Description:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Data Engineering Statistics or a related field

·         12-15 years of experience in data engineering and analytics roles

·         Strong proficiency in SQL Analytics tools

·         Proven experience in financial services and wealth management domains with expertise in stock plans financial data Crypto and related business processes

·         Hands on experience with data warehousing solutions such as    

·         Solid understanding of data modeling architecture and governance principles

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·         Experience with cloud platforms e.g. AWS Azure GCP

·         Familiarity with Analytics tools such as Dataiku etc

·         Prior experience working with Wealth Management team.

·         Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key metrics KPIs and data requirements

·         Design build and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting

·         Translate complex datasets into clear business oriented insights and recommendations

·         Develop and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations

·         Ensure data accuracy consistency and governance across platforms

·         Conduct deep dive analyses to uncover trends risks and opportunities

·         Partner with data scientists product managers and business teams to support strategic initiatives.
