Description:
Tech Advisor JD: 5+ years of experience
Candidate must have hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules with strong functional understanding
Knowledge on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting modules
Partner with Microsoft’s product and engineering teams to Escalate and resolve complex product issues, Perform issue triage via Lifecycle Services (LCS)
Analyze Finance module related issues and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Provide proactive technical advisory support to customers
Proven ability to troubleshoot functional issues, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
Have excellent communication skill and manage customer engagement
Experience in Product support engagements is preferred
