Job Overview:

·         We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead and govern end-to-end client engagements within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Billing domain. The ideal candidate will have strong delivery leadership experience, deep expertise in P&C Billing operations, and proven experience managing Majesco Billing implementation, enhancement, migration, or transformation programs.

·         This role requires a client-facing leader who can manage complex multi-workstream engagements, drive strategic delivery initiatives, oversee governance and financial management, and ensure successful execution aligned with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards. The candidate will work closely with client executives, architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure successful billing transformation outcomes.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field with 13-15 years of overall experience.

         5+ years of experience in Engagement Manager, Program Manager, or Delivery Lead roles.

         Strong hands-on experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Billing domain.

         Proven experience leading Majesco Billing implementations, upgrades, migrations, or enhancement projects.

         Deep understanding of billing lifecycles including invoicing, collections, refunds, reinstatements, cancellations, and payment processing.

         Experience managing large-scale enterprise programs with multiple workstreams and distributed teams.

         Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

         Experience in client stakeholder management, executive communication, and governance leadership.

         Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and resource planning.

         Experience working in consulting or System Integration (SI) environments is highly preferred.

         Exposure to integrations with Policy Administration, Claims, GL, Data Warehouse, and Collections systems is preferred.

         Majesco Billing certification or implementation leadership experience is a plus.

         Experience in billing modernization, cloud migration, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead and manage end-to-end client engagements from initiation through successful delivery and closure.

·         Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and executive leadership teams.

·         Drive engagement planning, delivery strategy, milestones, governance, and success metrics.

·         Ensure programs are delivered within scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.

·         Provide leadership and advisory support across P&C Billing operations and processes.

·         Lead Majesco Billing implementation, migration, upgrade, and enhancement initiatives.

·         Collaborate with architects and technical teams to validate solution designs and integrations.

·         Manage program financials including budget tracking, forecasting, invoicing, and resource utilization.

·         Conduct steering committee meetings, governance reviews, and executive status reporting.

·         Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively.

·         Lead cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, UAT, and Solution Architects.

·         Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, quality standards, compliance, and SLAs.

·         Support proposal development, SOW creation, change requests, and follow-on business opportunities.

·         Drive client satisfaction, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
