Local business in a pinch, needs someone to finish up their site

I was contact today by a business in Jefferson who, by the sounds of
it, has someone on staff that was working on a site redesign.
Basically that person has been saying the site will be ready "any day"
but four months later, it's still not done. They are looking to get it
wrapped up ASAP.

I don't really have much for details as far as where exactly the site
is in terms of completion. According to them, the designer said that
it only needs the home page done to be finished.

The person who contacted me is also wanting someone to train her on
updating photos and media pieces on the site. I'm guessing there is no
CMS involved. She has Adobe CS4 and I suppose is looking to get her
hands dirty.

provide you with her information as it's not something I can get to in
the next few weeks and of course they want this live ASAP.
