Friture on Windows 7?

Do any of the previous versions of Friture run on Windows 7?
I have been using it on an awful Win10 laptop, and I like its features. I went to install it on my good Win 7 laptop, but am getting errors (missing dll, and when I copied the dll, I get other errors. Python 3.9 does not run on Win 7.
