Subject: [frigidaire-flair] Any Flairs for sale on the East Coast?
Date: Tue, Jan 31, 2012 10:41 am
I still have a very nice RCIB-645 ready for sale sitting on the floor in the entry to my home. It is a double oven 40 inch wide Frigidaire Flair Custom Imperial without a lower cabinet. These can be installed as a free standing item like a refrigerator. The outer shell is brown. I just took it out and replaced it with a new Frigidaire.
Everything works on it except one switch for the large oven. The element was checked and it still works but the repair man did not have a switch to replace it. Also the sensor does not work on the Heat-Minder element on the cook top. The element heats alright, but it just does not read and maintain the particular temperature of the pan placed upon it.
Even the clock works! However my wife, who cooks well and often, says she has never tried to use the Cook Master Controls.
It is now removed from our kitchen and sitting on a dolly. I love this thing and it really looked great in our kitchen. But it is either going to the dump or on a truck to someone who wants it.
Sincerely,
Ron Avery
830-372-5534 in Seguin, Texas 25 miles east of San Antonio on Interstate 10. Will sell for price of shipment.
