Frigidaire Flair Model No EH-40JCP

I am looking for infinite switches and some replacement knobs. The appliance folks that came out to look at it told me they can't locate any replacement parts. I am hoping to source them myself. It is still working, but my small back burner and front large burner are a little questionable on overheating at times.

Any ideas for replacement parts are incredibly helpful.

I've ordered infinite heat switches directly from Frigidaire so I know you can still get them.  They just might use a different stock number now.
