SD CAMP is the pilot chapter in a statewide CAMP initiative to educate our members and affiliates (realtors, contractors, home inspectors, etc), in this timely and growing market niche. If you are not up to date on what is happening TODAY, you need to attend this seminar.

Moderated by SD CAMP President Dave Van Waldick, training will be provided by key wholesale lending partners and the statewide public/private manager of California's Energy Upgrade programs (www.energyupgradeca.org/ ).

 

California Center for Sustainable Energy "CCSE" (www.energycenter.org ) has partnered with CAMP to assist us in becoming proficient in the highly charged area of EEM's and the recent federal, state, and city initiatives to provide homeowners programs and financing to help them reduce energy usage and improve the comfort level of their homes. (The City of San Diego alone estimates close to 375,000 homes energy inefficient having been built before 1978.)

 

This two part seminar will cover:

Day 1) (Monday July 11th,  1-4 at National University campus at 9388 Lightwave Ave, SD 92123.)

·         Ca Center for Sustainable Energy  improvement programs (Inspections, HEE Reports, Scoring, improvement suggestions, contractors, inspectors, etc).

·         FHA 203k’s – Home Improvements and Home Energy Efficiency allowed improvements

·         Home Energy Efficiency Loans – FHA / VA

·         Home Energy Efficiency improvements that may be financed under these programs

 

Day 2) (Separate date to be within 30 days of 1st seminar)

·         CCSE and City San Diego tax credit programs, Federal Tax Credit Programs,

·         HUD Power Saver Program / FHA Title I Loans

·         Special City / CA State Home Energy Efficiency Loan Programs

·         Marketing for the Home Energy Efficiency improvement client (Refinances, Purchase, Realtors, Contractors, Home Inspectors, Consumers, etc.)

 

Those attending both seminars are eligible to be CAMP certified as an "Energy Efficiency Upgrade Financing Specialist".
