SD campus.) ·         Ca Center for Sustainable Energy  improvement programs (Inspections, HEE Reports, Scoring, improvement suggestions, contractors, inspectors, etc). ·         FHA 203k’s – Home Improvements and Home Energy Efficiency allowed improvements ·         Home Energy Efficiency Loans – FHA / VA ·         Home Energy Efficiency improvements that may be financed under these programs   Day 2) (Separate date to be within 30 days of 1st seminar) ·         CCSE and City San Diego tax credit programs, Federal Tax Credit Programs, ·         HUD Power Saver Program / FHA Title I Loans ·         Special City / CA State Home Energy Efficiency Loan Programs ·         Marketing for the Home Energy Efficiency improvement client (Refinances, Purchase, Realtors, Contractors, Home Inspectors, Consumers, etc.)            Upon completion, you will be able to teach homeowners, realtors, and contractors:                         - How to Restore the American Dream while  increasing energy efficiency and reducing costs                                 - Buy homes in need of upgrading with only 3.5% down and get funds for the repairs                         - Finance the remodeling over the life of the loan                         - Cut energy bills AND in some cases receive utility company or state rebates                         - Buy distressed properties - short sales and bank owned.                         - The best upgrades to improve the value of a home Fee is $25 per class.
