MP Revanth Reddy - Nizampet Road issue.

Dear friends,

Today we met MP Revanth Reddy garu regaring our Nizampet Road. We
explained to him the terrible situation of the road. MP Revanth Reddy
garu responded very positively regarding our road issue. He wants to
understand what's stopping the 100 feet radial road from progressing.
He will visit us soon after the upcoming Parliament session. This is
not a regular assurance. He instructed his PA to get more details and
he will definitely visit us.

8 కిలో మీటర్లు విస్తరించి ఉన్న నిజాంపేట్ - ఖాజిపల్లి రోడ్డు లో ప్రయాణం
నరక ప్రాయంగా మారింది. 100 అడుగులు ఉండాల్సిన రోడ్డు కొన్ని చోట్ల 40
అడుగులు కూడా లేదు. ఈ సమస్య పరిష్కారం కొరకు చాలా ప్రజా సంఘాలు పోరాటం
చేస్తున్నాయి శేరిలింగంపల్లి,కుత్బుల్లాపూర్ ప్రజా ప్రతినిధులను కలిసినా
మార్పు లేదు. ఈ రోజు ఫోరమ్ టు ఇంప్రూవ్ థింగ్స్ (FIT ) సంస్థ కన్వీనర్
వెలగా శ్రీనివాస్ ఆద్వర్యంలో సభ్యులు ఎంపీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారిని కలిసి
సమస్య వివరించారు.

రోడ్డు లో ప్రతీ రోజూ ట్రాఫిక్ జామ్స్ అవుతున్నాయి అని యాక్సిడెంట్లు
అవుతున్నాయి అని, పెరిగిన జనాభా తగట్టు గా రోడ్డు అభివృద్ధి జరగలేదని
వివరించారు. సమస్య తీవ్రత తెలుసుకున్న రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు చాలా
సానుకూలంగా స్పందించి త్వరలోనే పార్లమెంట్ సమావేశాలు ముగియగానే మన
రోడ్డుకు వస్తానని హామీ ఇచ్చినారు. సంబంధిత అధికారులతో చర్చించి సమస్య
పరిష్కారం కొరకు కృషి చేస్తానని హామీ ఇచ్చారు.

పాల్గొన్న వారి లో శ్రీధర్ ఉక్కలం, MS రెడ్డి, దేశాయ్ బాబు, విజయ కుమార్
, కరుణాకర్ తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Dear All,

Many of us are working to improve Nizampet road and here is a good update.

Principal Secretary of Municipal Administration Arvind Kumar yesterday
inspected the Nizampet - Bachupally road and asked the officials to
prepare a road development plan for widening of existing 60 feet road
to 100 feet wide in order to reduce traffic congestion. Nizampet has
a population of more than 2.5 lakhs and as most of the population
being IT professionals, there is a huge traffic flow from Nizampet to
Hi-tech city through JNTU and Forum Mall which is heavy loaded
corridor causing lot of traffic jams. The total length of the road
from Nizampet cross road to Bachupally is about 8 Kms out of which
1.50 Kms is under control of HRDCL while the remaining is under the
control of R&B department. Mr Arvind Kumar observed that for
de-congestion of traffic on Nizampet road, alternative parallel road
needs to be strengthened and widened to 100 feet road. He suggested to
develop two alternative roads parallel to existing Hi-tech city road.

The officers requested public support and we assured them the same.
