Am planning a unique farm land gated community that combines best
farming techniques with wellness and leisure. The project will be
driven with passion and I can give you in writing that you would be
proud to own land in this venture.

We are actively scouting for land and our criteria for the land purchase is -

100 Kms from Hitech city/Miyapur. 30 lakhs price per acre limit
including the cost of development. Right now, our focus is on land
near Zaheerabad due to its high growth potential and good
connectivity.

After development and division of plots into 605 sq yards or 5 guntas
each, there would be 8 plots per acre. Of this 10% would go for roads
and amenities. 1 plot would be given for Roads and amenities. 2 plots
for developer and 5 plots for the land owner.

Amenities include. A lavish club house with a swimming pool, a minimum
of 5-6 cottages. Commercials like Teak and fruit bearing plantation,
Water harvesting structures, Drip irrigation, A gosala etc which will
be ideal for a weekend farm stay.

On an investment of 25-30 lakhs, after development we expect the plot
of 605 square yards to be sold at not less than 10-15 lakhs. The
projection is that if we even sell at 10 lakhs per plot, one acre
investment should fetch 50 lakhs. We expect development to complete in
1 - 1.5 years.
