FOP Mtg Wed, Oct 21 at Pritzker and Scarecrow Building

Hi All,

We are moving the FOP mtgs to the third Wednesday of each month for
two reasons. First, so we can hold them at the school and second, so
we can have them on the same night at the Local School Council
meetings.

So, our next meeting is next Wed, Oct 21 at 7:30 at Pritzker.

Also, save the date for two upcoming Halloween events:

Boo-a-palooza
Saturday, October 31st from 12-4 at Wicker Park.

FOP has joined forces with the Wicker Park/Bucktown Chamber, SSA #33,
Wicker Park Advisory Council and the Wicker Park Garden Club to throw
the best Halloween party around. There will be hayrides around the
park, face painting, not so spooky story times, a monster mash from
12-1. and we'll be helping kids decorate pumpkins.

Come rain or shine. Activities will be in the field house in case of
rain.

Wicker Park Committee's 2nd Annual Build you own Scarecrow!!

When: Saturday, October 24, 2009 Noon to 4:pm.
Where: Pritzker School Parking Lot (2009 W. Schiller)

We will supply straw, stakes, wire&paint- clothing is available, but
use your imagination to personalize with anything you like!

Fee: $25.00 per family or group of 4- proceeds benefit Wicker Park
Committee, a not for profit organization working to serve and preserve
the Wicker Park neighborhood. Please register in advance.
