New Parking Plan for NC

I'm sure most have heard about the Newton Centre Pilot Plaza proposal. If not here is a link and I've attached the proposed parking plan. 

Some will remember that there was a similar proposal years ago that came out of the Group One Committee of the NC Task Force. At that time Group One worked very closely with merchants in NC to ensure their businesses would be supported and that parking would remain the same (or better). That was over 15 years ago!
