The enclosed picture is of the cold dirty muddy puddle at the north east corner of Chesley Rd and Beacon Street. Perhaps someone with more clout than I like one of the city counselors could address this with the DPW. This has been an ongoing problem not only in the winter but also after rain storms. Ever since they repaved Chesley Rd the water just sits there. They either need to install a storm drain there or regrade Chesley to make the water go down to the existing drains.
