FYI, parking restrictions in the Washington St Pilot area today, Monday & Tuesday:

By the authority vested in me through the City Council as contained in the City of Newton Ordinance, Chapter 19 section 48, as amended, I, George R. McMains, Chief of Police, do hereby temporarily create:
No Parking Tow Zone:
Thursday August 21, 2025, Monday August 25, 2025 & Tuesday August 26, 2025,
6:00am to 6:00pm. Washington Street (Both Sides) from Chestnut Street to Lowell Ave.
As posted by contractor (IW Harding) to accommodate road construction for the Washington
Street Pilot.
