calling for solidarity and documenting Chinese communist crimes
By June 4th 2014, a quarter century would have passed since the bloody crackdown of student led pro-democracy movement in Tiananmen in 1989 that spread from Beijing to all of China with broad international support. This Tue. June 4th, 2013, we are calling for freedom loving people all over the world to stand with the lone protester Tankman by adding your name to the list of supporters; and to start documenting the crimes and the criminals of Chinese communist party. We shall have a show of force in one year.

Standing behind the Tankman whose identity is still unknown – and the thousands of others who have stood for democracy, or silently disappeared into China’s vast jail and prison system, since June of 1989.

The literal meaning of the URL is “making a list”. As almost all influential liberal thinkers and activists are blacklisted by the Chinese government, we are making a list of evildoers. The Black Book of Communism have shown mounting death toll in little over half century of communist rule — as many as 25 million in the former Soviet Union, 65 million in China, 1.7 million in Cambodia, and on and on. We are laqingdan to gather names and details of the crime, terror, and repression of the past and the present for a better tomorrow when transitional justice is served for a free and democratic China.

图片： 香港市民举行烛光晚会纪念六四死难者。 （法新社资料图片）今年的6月4号是八九年“六•四”天安门事件24周年纪念日，目前被变相软禁在广州的北京异议人士胡佳，通过微博呼吁人们穿黑衣、点蜡烛，悼念六四死难者。胡佳说，网络微博的“快闪”功能，可以让网友象打游击战一样，对抗有关当局的网络封杀行为。
胡佳星期一晚间接受自由亚洲电台记者电话采访时表示，过去两个月来，他和朋友们一直通过海外推特网以及中国国内的微博，发起“穿黑衣、点蜡烛，悼六四”活动。胡佳说，在国内的微博上，不要说“六四”这两个字，就是“黑衫”、“黑衣”、“素衫”这样含蓄的字眼，也是被禁的；很多微博博主被禁言、甚至被取消ID，网友的很多跟贴也被删除。但是，胡佳说，微博有一个很重要的功能，就是“快闪”，文字成为敏感词，网友就可以贴图片，哪怕只是在微博上“快闪”一下，形成的影响力已经不可低估。他说：
“我们大本营在推特，共产党即使有8千万个党员，几百万军警，但是他们 没有办法删除（推特）上面任何一个字，那是我们信息发布的大本营。那么微博就像我们的游记战场，我们会不断出击，不断发出声音来。不管他如何围剿、删除，但是微博这种快闪的形式已经让很多人知道了。”
胡佳说，中国当局对各种各样的符号都非常敏感，如果你穿着和“六四”有关的文化衫出去，不管是中文英文的，当局都会立刻制止。而如果你在“六四”当天穿黑衣进行无声的抗议，或者在家里点一支蜡烛悼念“六四”亡灵，恐怕是中国警方无法去禁绝的行动。胡佳说：
“我和他们说了，如果有人身自由的话，尽可能到北京街头，尤其是从建国门到木樨地一线。警方是没有什么过硬的理由来拦截你的，如果他问你，你一句话就可以顶回去，难道我穿上什么样的衣服也要向警方申请吗？”
胡佳告诉本台，从5月25号开始，他就被人监视，5月29号，他从北京南下广州，原本是希望先在广州中山大学教授艾晓明家里小住，再到香港看望妻女。没想到不但艾晓明教授被中山大学校方警告不许和胡佳见面，他自己也是一到广州机场就被警方带走，目前被变相软禁在广州一家酒店里。胡佳说，从2004年开始，每年“六四”前后，他不是在监狱就是被软禁，今年有关当局不允许他在6月6号之前离开广州回北京。胡佳表示，今年“六•四”期间对他的控制比往年更严，种种迹象表明，目前执政的“习李体制”比“胡温政权”还要保守，还要偏左。他说：
“习近平最近越来越多地暴露他左的倾向，他最近推出的16条、7不讲、9号文件，而且党报党刊上纷纷对宪政发难，在胡温时代，他们尚且不敢如此。”
旅居纽约的海外民主杂志“北京之春”主编胡平先生对胡佳的看法表示赞同。胡平说，习近平上台之后，没有象很多人期待的那样“新官上任三把火”，在平反“六四“问题上，也完全是“不作为”的态度。胡平认为，“不作为”就意味着你把过去的错误延续了下来，但时间早晚会还原“六四”的真相。胡平说，最近他和流亡海外的中国异议人士王丹、沈彤和余杰等人开通了 “拉清单”网站，网站将向公众展示中国“土改”、“文革”、“六四”等侵犯人权事件肇事者的清单。胡平表示，开办这样一个网站是要让这些历史的罪人知道，恶有恶报，不是不报，只是时候未到。
“专制政府干坏事，常常是以他整个专制机器的名义，而把个人藏在机器背后，但事实上，机器背后总是有人执行的，所以个人有不可推卸的责任。”
上个星期，美国国务院呼吁中国政府停止骚扰参与抗议的人士，并说明那些在89年“六四”镇压中被当局杀害、拘留或失踪者的下落。美方还呼吁中国维护其公民的普世人权，释放被错误关押、起诉、监禁、强迫失踪或软禁的人士，停止骚扰人权活动人士及其家属。但中国外交部发言人洪磊则在周一的例行新闻发布会上表示，希望有关国家能够摒弃偏见，尊重事实，不要用这些人权问题来干涉中国的内部事务，否则会影响中美关系的发展。
